What should I bring?

Do I need a group of six to participate?
Your booking does not need to be of six but the minimal amount of total participants must be 6 per tour. If you book less then 6 then we will try and mix and match your group (possibly at a different time slot) if the seats are not filled. Contact us if you are looking to book a group less then 6 for some suggestions.
Can I smoke or vape while on the vehicle?
No vaping, smoking or any other smoking device are permitted on the vehicle.
What is the cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be before 72 hours before start of activity. Unless an alternate time has been confirmed and agreed upon by the customer and the owner (email) anything closer to the time of this activity will be deemed no show and no refund will be provided. Refunds made on customer behalf will not return the booking fee collected by the third party. Rain or shine we will ride!
Is alcohol & food included?
Alcohol is not included on the tour. All food and beverages are purchased at a partnered brewery.
Please do not arrive intoxicated. Drunk passengers will not be allowed to participate on the tour.
Can I arrive intoxicated and still participate?
Unfortunately all intoxicated guests will not be allowed to further participate on the tour.
Is there music on the tour?
Yes. We can play some of your favourite tunes/genres. If you have a specific playlist let us know before the tour!

Social/Private Brewery Tours: Meet at the Nanaimo parking lot (281 Ellis St, Penticton, BC V2A 3X8.
May we dress up and decorate the Pedal vehicle?
Absolutely. Send us an email about your ideas.
Is there non-pedal seats?
Yes. There are two seats on the bench in the back that do not have pedals for those who are unable to pedal. There are 10 pedal seats for those who can to pedal.
Do I need a helmet?
It is not mandatory with the slow speed of this vehicle and seatbelts provided. We do not provide helmets on this tour but feel free to bring one if you so choose.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All participants have to sign a waiver prior to boarding. Waivers are signed and documented via our online booking application and sent to all group members. We ask all participants to arrive a little early if they were unable to sign online or are required to sign a physical copy.
Can minors join the tour?
Short answer is yes.
To pedal they must be able to reach the pedals safely (height requirement of 4’11”). All minors need to be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian. Parent or guardians are fully responsible in taking care of the minor as well as signing the waiver form before starting the tour. Minors in BC are those who have not turned 19 years of age and consequently are not allowed to consume alcohol on the tour.
Mask? Cleaning protocol?
Masks are worn as per latest health regulations. The staff have a rigorous cleaning protocol before and after tours to make sure the vehicle is clean and ready for your journey.
